If you are unhappy with your product(s) please let us know.

    1. Custom Orders (including sizes not on the size chart) are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
    2. Check our size chart for accurate sizes.
    3. Eligible items may be returned for store credit only.  Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received and will not be excepted after 14 days.
    4. Return items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorants damages of wear.  If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
    5. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, shipping charges are non-refundable and a restocking fee will be issued on orders that are returned due to an undeliverable address.  (Tracking for returned items is recommended.  Lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given store credit.)
    6. Cancelations must be made within 24 hours to receive a full refund.  Any items canceled after 24 hours will be given a store credit.
